About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines to personalize credit card offers for millions of customers.
- Develop and maintain scalable data models and feature stores in relational databases and AWS services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on predictive modeling and personalization.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS cloud services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker).
- Deep knowledge of statistical modeling, feature engineering, and model deployment.
- Experience with large‑scale data processing and distributed computing frameworks.
