About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end‑to‑end design of a multi‑tenant SaaS platform that ingests, processes, and scores over 250M business entities across six risk dimensions.
- Lead the migration of legacy services to a containerized, Kubernetes‑based microservices architecture, ensuring high availability and zero‑downtime deployments.
- Define and enforce cloud‑native best practices, including IaC with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and observability with Prometheus/Grafana.
- Collaborate with data science teams to integrate machine‑learning models for real‑time risk scoring and anomaly detection.
- Champion security and compliance across the stack, implementing role‑based access, encryption, and audit logging.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing large‑scale cloud platforms, with a strong focus on AWS services (EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda).
- Proficiency in Python and Node.js for backend services, plus experience with GraphQL APIs.
- Hands‑on expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
- Solid understanding of data engineering, ETL pipelines, and real‑time streaming (Kafka, Kinesis).
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of mentoring engineering teams.
