About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end data pipelines and AI models that meet business objectives and scale across cloud environments.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the implementation of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance data and AI capabilities.
- Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, AI/ML solution design, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
- Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience leading large, distributed teams in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
