Lead the design and validation of high‑performance analog and mixed‑signal hardware for next‑generation RF test and measurement products, shaping architecture, making key technical decisions, and mentoring a team of engineers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive architecture for high‑frequency analog and mixed‑signal test and measurement hardware.
- Lead full‑cycle design, from schematic capture through PCB layout, simulation, and prototype validation.
- Perform signal‑integrity and RF performance analysis to ensure compliance with stringent specifications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (software, firmware, mechanical) to deliver manufacturable solutions.
- Identify technical risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of analog and RF hardware design experience, including mixed‑signal and high‑speed PCB development.
- Proficiency with industry‑standard tools (e.g., Cadence, Altium, HFSS, ADS) and strong simulation/validation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and guide technical decisions.
- Hands‑on experience with signal‑integrity, EMI/EMC, and high‑frequency measurement techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of mentoring engineering teams.
