Software Engineer
Lead advanced AI/ML research and production systems, driving innovation in data-driven product insights using Python, TensorFlow, and AWS cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to extract actionable insights from large-scale product and customer data.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into data science solutions, ensuring alignment with product strategy.
- Lead end‑to‑end model lifecycle: data ingestion, feature engineering, experimentation, validation, and monitoring in production.
- Mentor and coach junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Advocate for responsible AI, ensuring models are fair, transparent, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience in AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and SQL; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision applied to real‑world problems.
- Hands‑on experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker) and model monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of publishing research or delivering impactful solutions.
