Software Engineer

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deploy scalable AI/ML models that solve complex business problems across the enterprise data ecosystem.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines and feature stores on AWS services.
- Lead research initiatives in deep learning, computer vision, or NLP to advance product capabilities.
- Mentor and coach junior scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate results to cross‑functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience building production‑grade ML systems.
- Proficiency in Python, AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, S3), and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong background in data engineering, SQL, and distributed computing.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of publishing research or contributing to open source.
