Senior leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide AI adoption, governance, and value realization through the AIM program, partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to embed AI into business processes while ensuring data security and operational excellence.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise AI transformation roadmap, aligning AI initiatives with business objectives and productivity goals.
- Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks, data protection policies, and ethical standards across all functions.
- Partner with business units, data scientists, and engineering teams to operationalize machine‑learning models and integrate them into production workflows.
- Lead change‑management efforts, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement, to foster AI literacy and adoption.
- Measure and report AI‑driven business value, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with the AIM program’s performance metrics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives at scale, preferably in a senior or principal role.
- Proven expertise in AI governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying production‑grade machine‑learning pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and change‑management skills, with a track record of building AI competency across an organization.
