Lead the design and deployment of real‑time AI voice‑bot solutions, fine‑tuning LLMs and speech models for Indian languages, and building scalable inference pipelines with Python, FastAPI, Docker, and Kubernetes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement LLM‑driven features such as summarization, sentiment analysis, auto‑disposition, and escalation tagging.
- Fine‑tune and evaluate speech and language models (Whisper, GPT, HuggingFace, Rasa) for vernacular Indian language support.
- Design and deploy LangChain pipelines for prompt engineering, QA tagging, and agent assistance.
- Prototype emotion‑recognition and contextual reply systems to enhance real‑time agent interactions.
- Build, containerize, and orchestrate inference services using FastAPI, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in applied machine learning, LLM integration, and data engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern API frameworks (FastAPI).
- Deep knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for production‑grade AI services.
- Experience fine‑tuning speech models (e.g., Whisper) and large language models (GPT, HuggingFace) for multilingual use cases.
- Familiarity with LangChain or similar prompt‑engineering toolkits and conversational AI platforms such as Rasa.
