AI Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions for life sciences, leveraging Python, machine learning, and cloud platforms to accelerate innovation and improve patient outcomes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable AI/ML pipelines for bio‑pharma use cases, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex scientific problems into robust software solutions.
- Lead code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior engineers on AI and software engineering principles.
- Integrate cloud services (AWS/GCP) to deploy, monitor, and maintain production AI models.
- Drive continuous improvement of data ingestion, feature engineering, and model evaluation workflows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and cloud deployment.
- Experience in life sciences or bio‑pharma data environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical teams.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to innovate in a fast‑moving domain.
