AI Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of AI solutions for advanced MEP automation, leveraging Python, Machine Learning, and AWS to transform complex fabrication workflows into intelligent, data‑driven processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end AI pipelines that automate and optimize piping, plumbing, sheet metal, and electrical contracting workflows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ML models and data solutions.
- Lead MLOps initiatives, ensuring robust model training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement on AWS infrastructure.
- Drive research and experimentation with state‑of‑the‑art deep learning techniques to solve domain‑specific challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3).
- Hands‑on experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of data engineering principles and large‑scale data processing.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical teams.
