AI Engineer
Lead the design, integration, and scaling of enterprise AI solutions across Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and third‑party models, ensuring secure, governed deployments that drive business outcomes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the implementation of enterprise‑wide AI solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and external large‑language models such as Anthropic/Claude.
- Design secure, scalable integration patterns and orchestration workflows that align with corporate governance and data protection policies.
- Build and operationalize AI pipelines, including model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement using Azure services.
- Collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure teams to define standards, best practices, and tooling for AI development and production.
- Mentor engineering teams, establish AI engineering capabilities, and drive adoption across business units.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML systems and large‑scale cloud architectures.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, Azure AI services, and integration of third‑party LLM platforms.
- Strong background in security, governance, and compliance for AI workloads.
- Proficiency in Python and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, IaC).
- Proven leadership in building and scaling AI engineering teams and delivering production‑grade AI solutions.
