Lead the design and delivery of AI‑driven conversational banking solutions, shaping architecture, mentoring teams, and deploying scalable, production‑grade models on cloud infrastructure.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end conversational AI platforms for banking services, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers, providing technical mentorship and fostering best practices.
- Design, train, and optimize large‑scale NLP models (e.g., transformer‑based) for intent detection, dialogue management, and response generation.
- Integrate AI solutions with core banking APIs, micro‑services, and front‑end channels while maintaining security and compliance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, monitoring, and performance tuning in production environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying production‑grade machine‑learning systems, preferably in fintech or banking.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and modern NLP techniques (transformers, BERT, GPT‑style models).
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker) for scalable AI services.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into robust AI architectures and to lead technical teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a focus on reliability, security, and operational excellence.
