Lead the design and engineering of scalable Agentic AI solutions, integrating heterogeneous data sources and partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver enterprise‑grade AI systems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop Agentic AI solutions that ingest and harmonize data from diverse systems at scale.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Architecture, and Product teams to define technical approaches and integration patterns.
- Lead hands‑on implementation, ensuring performance, reliability, and security of AI services.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices in AI model deployment and operationalization.
- Drive continuous improvement of AI pipelines, tooling, and infrastructure on cloud platforms.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record designing enterprise‑grade AI systems with robust data integration.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Experience with data engineering concepts and large‑scale data pipelines.
