About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade machine learning models that integrate with SAP ecosystems.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in translating business requirements into AI‑driven solutions, ensuring alignment with client strategy.
- Architect scalable data pipelines on AWS, leveraging services such as S3, Glue, and SageMaker for model training and inference.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in model governance and reproducibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, monitor model performance, and iterate for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with SAP integration.
- Hands‑on expertise with AWS ML services (SageMaker, Rekognition, Comprehend).
- Deep knowledge of data engineering, ETL pipelines, and cloud architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering complex AI projects at scale.
