About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML pipelines from data ingestion to model serving, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions, leveraging NLP and deep learning techniques.
- Lead MLOps initiatives: model versioning, CI/CD for ML, monitoring, and automated retraining workflows on AWS.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing AI engineering team, setting coding standards and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks, recommending adoption to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years focused on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face).
- Hands‑on experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and AWS services (SageMaker, ECS, Lambda).
- Strong understanding of data engineering, distributed computing, and cloud architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical teams.
