About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and evolve a scalable, secure AI platform and reference architecture that accelerates AI‑powered product capabilities.
- Drive strategic decision‑making on model selection, fine‑tuning, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) agent frameworks, data pipelines, and inference optimization.
- Evaluate and integrate open‑source and commercial LLMs, vector databases, feature stores, and MLOps platforms.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and UX to define AI requirements and priorities.
- Lead and influence engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing enterprise‑grade AI platforms and reference architectures.
- Deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG, MLOps, and vector database technologies.
- Proven ability to make strategic decisions on model selection, fine‑tuning, and inference optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of guiding cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
