About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver AI/ML solutions that transform client data into actionable business intelligence for the Technology, Media & Telecommunications sector.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in designing scalable data pipelines, model training, and deployment on cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Translate complex business problems into data‑driven models, leveraging Python, SQL, and advanced analytics frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics, monitor model performance, and iterate for continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record in large‑scale deployments.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud data services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in data visualization, business intelligence, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading teams and managing complex client engagements in the TMT industry is a plus.
