About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement autonomous AI agents that combine LLM capabilities with real‑world tool usage and multi‑step reasoning.
- Design robust pipelines for model fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, and continuous evaluation to ensure safety and reliability.
- Integrate agents with enterprise APIs, databases, and workflow systems using cloud services (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations teams to define requirements, performance metrics, and monitoring strategies.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive best practices for scalable, production‑grade AI systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on AI/ML systems and production deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python and frameworks such as LangChain for building LLM‑driven applications.
