Lead the design and deployment of advanced agentic AI systems, driving innovation in reinforcement learning and deep learning across enterprise applications using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and AWS.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end agentic AI solutions that autonomously learn and adapt in complex business environments.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in research, prototyping, and productionizing reinforcement learning models at scale.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI components into cloud‑native platforms on AWS.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering best practices in model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Drive continuous improvement of AI pipelines, ensuring robustness, explainability, and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on reinforcement learning and agentic systems.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, plus experience with cloud services (AWS, SageMaker).
- Strong background in algorithm design, statistical modeling, and large‑scale data processing.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical initiatives.
- Experience with MLOps practices and CI/CD for AI workloads is a plus.
