About the role
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the people strategy for the Data Engineering practice, including recruitment, onboarding, and career progression.
Coach and mentor agile product teams to enhance technical capability, delivery efficiency, and collaborative culture.
Partner with senior leadership to align practice goals with business objectives and shape future ways of working.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines, succession plans, and stretch‑assignment programs to ensure long‑term capability.
Monitor engagement metrics, address performance gaps, and champion continuous improvement across the practice.
Requirements
Proven experience managing technical teams in an agile, data‑focused environment.
Strong background in data engineering concepts, tools, and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead talent development, coaching, and succession planning.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Track record of driving cultural change and improving team performance.
