Software Engineer
Lead AI and data initiatives, guiding teams in designing, deploying, and scaling machine‑learning solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, while leveraging SageMaker and Spark for advanced analytics.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the practice’s AI and data strategy, aligning projects with business objectives and market trends.
- Architect, build, and oversee end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines using Amazon SageMaker, Apache Spark, and Azure ML services.
- Mentor and manage cross‑functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and consultants to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to translate business problems into technical specifications and actionable data products.
- Ensure best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and cost‑effective cloud resource utilization on AWS and Azure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms, with deep expertise in AWS (SageMaker) and Azure.
- Strong proficiency in big‑data processing using Apache Spark and related ecosystems.
- Proven leadership in managing technical teams and driving client‑focused outcomes.
- Solid understanding of machine‑learning concepts, model lifecycle management, and data engineering pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical ideas to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
