Implementation Engineer
Mid‑level engineer responsible for designing, integrating, and validating power systems for advanced electronic warfare and C5ISR platforms, leveraging expertise in power electronics, systems engineering, and C++ development.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and integrate power distribution and conversion subsystems for mission‑critical electronic warfare and C5ISR equipment.
- Develop and maintain power system models, perform load analysis, and validate performance against operational requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (cyber, IT, electronics) to ensure seamless integration of power solutions into larger system architectures.
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for power‑related issues during development and field operations.
- Document design decisions, test procedures, and compliance with security and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in power system design, integration, and testing for defense or aerospace applications.
- Strong analytical skills, problem‑solving ability, and experience with secure development practices.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
