Software Engineer
Field engineer responsible for designing, installing, and commissioning power and emergency power systems, including generators and HVAC controls, ensuring reliable operation and compliance with industry standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, install, and commission power distribution and emergency power systems for diverse projects.
- Perform field testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of generators, UPS, and related equipment.
- Collaborate with design teams to integrate HVAC controls and power solutions into building automation systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Document installation procedures, generate reports, and provide technical support to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of field experience with power systems, generators, and HVAC controls.
- Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and local electrical codes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
