About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure SCADA and automation solutions for high‑voltage power systems, ensuring real‑time monitoring and control.
- Design embedded firmware and software for SEL devices, focusing on reliability, low latency, and secure communication.
- Collaborate with customers to assess requirements, perform system integration, and provide technical support throughout deployment.
- Implement cybersecurity measures and hardening practices to protect critical infrastructure against emerging threats.
- Conduct testing, validation, and performance analysis of automation solutions in laboratory and field environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of experience in power‑system automation.
- Proficiency with SCADA platforms, PLC programming, and real‑time control concepts.
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems development, including C/C++ and scripting languages such as Python.
- Experience applying cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443) to industrial control systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills for direct interaction with global customers.
