About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex power system challenges and develop research concepts that support grid reliability and clean‑energy transition.
- Design, code, and validate simulation models for transmission, distribution, and renewable integration using Python, MATLAB, and industry‑standard tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineers and stakeholders to translate research findings into practical implementation plans.
- Produce technical reports, presentations, and publications that communicate results to internal teams and external partners.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, standards, and regulatory developments affecting the electric grid.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field with strong analytical background.
- Proficiency in Python and MATLAB for power system analysis and simulation.
- Experience with grid modeling, power flow, stability studies, or renewable energy integration.
- Ability to work independently on research projects and deliver clear, data‑driven insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement.
