Senior Power Platform Developer leading enterprise application design, development, and automation within the DoD365 ecosystem, driving modernization and analytics for defense audit operations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and integration of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
- Architect and implement business process automation to streamline DCAA audit workflows and improve data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with DoD security and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain custom connectors, APIs, and Azure services to extend platform capabilities.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and conduct code reviews to uphold quality and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building enterprise solutions on the Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and compliance within a defense or regulated environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with .NET or JavaScript for custom component development is a plus.
