About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define, design, and implement power management features for xPU and system‑level power states.
- Develop low‑power design techniques, including voltage and frequency scaling, to meet efficiency targets.
- Create and validate power models to predict consumption across various workloads.
- Integrate power management hardware and firmware in a simulated data‑center lab, ensuring compliance with safety and reliability standards.
- Conduct on‑site testing, debugging, and performance analysis of power chips and subsystems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with power chip or system power management design, implementation, integration, and testing.
- Proficiency in low‑power design techniques, voltage/frequency scaling, and power modeling.
- Hands‑on experience with hardware debugging, lab equipment, and safety procedures in a data‑center‑like environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with hardware and software teams.
