Freelance Power BI Developer to design and deliver an interactive CEO dashboard for a fashion e‑commerce brand, covering sales analytics, channel performance, and actionable insights using Power BI, DAX and SQL.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop a comprehensive Power BI dashboard for executive leadership, visualizing daily, weekly and monthly sales metrics.
- Integrate data from multiple sales channels (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) and the D2C website into a unified data model.
- Build robust data pipelines using SQL and ETL techniques to ensure accurate, timely data refreshes.
- Implement advanced DAX calculations for channel‑wise performance, trend analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Provide documentation and training to stakeholders on dashboard navigation and interpretation of insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing end‑to‑end Power BI solutions for e‑commerce or retail environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts, with the ability to design efficient data schemas.
- Expertise in DAX for complex calculations, measures, and time‑intelligence functions.
- Hands‑on experience with ETL processes and data integration from multiple sources.
- Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into visual analytics and to support leadership decision‑making.
