Lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑wide Power BI solutions, driving data strategy, governance, and advanced analytics across multiple business units using Azure, SQL, and modern data modeling techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable Power BI solutions that meet business intelligence and reporting needs across the organization.
- Design and maintain robust data models, DAX calculations, and data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, and other ETL tools.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable dashboards and reports.
- Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices for Power BI workspaces and datasets.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior BI developers and analysts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Power BI architecture and development.
- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling concepts.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, ADLS) and SQL Server.
- Demonstrated ability to design end‑to‑end BI solutions with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
