Post-Training Research Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Post-Training Research Engineer to join our team. As a Post-Training Research Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting research to improve the performance and efficiency of our AI models. You will work closely with our engineering team to design and implement new algorithms and techniques to drive innovation in the field of machine learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement new algorithms and techniques to improve AI model performance
• Conduct research to identify areas for improvement in our AI models
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and deploy new features
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform model improvements
• Communicate research findings and recommendations to the engineering team

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• Strong background in machine learning and deep learning
• Experience with Python and AWS
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
