About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end portfolio solutions on AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Design and expose robust, versioned APIs for portfolio data, integrating with internal services and external partners.
- Leverage Kubernetes and Terraform to automate deployment pipelines, enforce infrastructure as code, and maintain consistent environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to model portfolio analytics and risk metrics.
- Guide cross‑functional teams on best practices for cloud cost optimization, compliance, and disaster recovery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with proven expertise in AWS and Azure services.
- Strong background in container orchestration (Kubernetes) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Hands‑on experience designing RESTful and gRPC APIs, including security and versioning strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of mentoring junior engineers.
- Knowledge of financial services regulations and data protection standards is a plus.
