QA Engineer
A POD Test Engineer responsible for maintaining and optimizing server rack test operations for AI and data‑center products, ensuring high test station uptime, rapid failure analysis, and continuous process improvement across manufacturing and quality teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily POD test station operations, guaranteeing maximum uptime and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor and analyze test performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct root‑cause failure analysis on hardware and software test issues, collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Facilities, and Software teams.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Python and C++ to improve test efficiency and repeatability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing test processes, equipment configurations, and data collection methods for AI and data‑center server racks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of experience in hardware test engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ for test automation and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and hardware debugging tools.
- Experience with server rack or data‑center hardware testing, including AI accelerator modules.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with manufacturing, quality, and software teams.
