Software Engineer
The PMO Solutions Engineer partners with operations teams to diagnose inefficiencies and build digital solutions, focusing on the Azure‑native Joulz platform using Flutter/Dart, C#/.NET, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional operations and support teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and define technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain digital tools that automate field‑workforce processes, primarily within the Joulz platform.
- Contribute to the Flutter/Dart client application, ensuring a responsive and user‑friendly mobile experience.
- Implement and evolve the C#/.NET 10 API services that power core business logic.
- Manage and optimize the Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and security.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for all deployed solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Azure cloud services, especially AKS.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET development (version 10 or later).
- Hands‑on experience building mobile applications with Flutter and Dart.
- Demonstrated ability to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally as an internal consultant.
