PMO Solutions Analyst driving efficiency and visibility across operations, procurement, and field teams by designing, implementing, and optimizing project management tools, processes, and best practices using data‑driven insights and workflow automation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve project management tools and processes to enhance cross‑departmental efficiency and collaboration.
- Act as an internal consultant, partnering with operations, procurement, accounts payable, field training, and safety to diagnose inefficiencies and co‑create tailored solutions.
- Bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring project teams have the right systems, workflows, and training to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Collect, analyze, and report on project performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Lead change management initiatives, including training, documentation, and adoption strategies for new PMO tools and practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in PMO, project management, or process improvement roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience implementing and optimizing project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple business units.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive adoption.
