Software Engineer
PMO Engineer responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects using Agile and Scrum frameworks, leveraging Microsoft Project and Jira to deliver on time and within budget while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using Microsoft Project and Jira.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to senior stakeholders as needed.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles within technology environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with relevant certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, and other project tracking tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
