Lead strategic consulting for Jira and ITSM implementations, driving process optimization, Agile adoption, and ServiceNow integration to deliver enterprise‑grade solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end‑to‑end Jira and ITSM solutions, aligning with client business objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to onboard stakeholders, promote Agile methodologies, and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate ServiceNow, automate workflows, and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Conduct gap analyses, develop roadmaps, and define KPIs to measure success and continuous improvement.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while mitigating risks and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Jira administration, ITSM consulting, or related project management roles.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, ITIL, and ServiceNow platform.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive change management initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or ITIL Foundation preferred.
