Hands‑on PLC/SCADA Controls Technician focused on HVAC systems, responsible for installation, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance across diverse industrial projects.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Install, program, and commission PLC/SCADA control systems for HVAC and other industrial applications.
- Diagnose and resolve field‑level issues, performing troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
- Conduct routine maintenance, warranty work, and emergency repairs to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with project teams to interpret specifications and design control logic.
- Document configuration changes, test results, and service reports accurately.
Requirements
- Proven experience with PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and SCADA platforms.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems and related instrumentation.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and documentation abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
