About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for production APIs and services, diagnosing and resolving incidents with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to design and implement resilient, scalable infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Automate deployment pipelines and monitoring using CI/CD tools, ensuring rapid, reliable releases.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis for outages, documenting findings and driving preventive measures.
- Participate in on‑call rotations, responding to alerts and coordinating cross‑team incident resolution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in platform support or site reliability engineering.
