Software Engineer
Entry‑level Platform Support Engineer responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues on a cloud‑based no‑code platform, using Linux, SQL, Python scripting, and AWS services to ensure high availability for frontline workers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor platform health and respond to alerts using incident‑management tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Linux servers, databases, and cloud services.
- Provide timely, clear communication with customers and internal teams during incident resolution.
- Document root‑cause analyses, workarounds, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the onboarding of new customers by validating configurations and data integrations.
Requirements
- Fundamental knowledge of Linux operating systems and command‑line utilities.
- Experience writing basic scripts in Python or similar languages for automation and diagnostics.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL query writing.
- Understanding of cloud concepts, preferably AWS (EC2, S3, RDS).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate technical information to non‑technical audiences.
