Design and implement scalable banking platform solutions, integrating onboarding, digital banking, and data services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and cloud-native tools such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

You will:
Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations aligned with best practices
Configure and deploy backend settings for financial institutions using tools such as JSON and Postman
Design sustainable solutions that balance customer requests with platform guidelines and long-term stability
Partner closely with Implementation Managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and accurately executed
Collaborate with Activation Engineers to ensure configurations align with core integration requirements and constraints
Provide client-facing support when deep functional or technical expertise is required
Configure and validate third-party integrations during implementation
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to submit detailed enhancement requests and well-documented bug reports
Test and validate new product functionality pre-GA to ensure quality and implementation readiness
Maintain clear documentation of configuration decisions, constraints, and customer-specific setups
Manage multiple concurrent implementations while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality
What Success Looks Like
In the first 6–12 months, a successful Platform Solution Engineer will:
Independently configure customer environments with minimal oversight
Build increasing functional expertise across deposit account opening workflows and core variations
Deliver clean, well-documented configurations that minimize rework and post-launch issues
Identify potential configuration risks early and partner with IMs and ACTIs to mitigate them
