About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for identity and safety features, translating user pain points into actionable product requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and legal teams to build scalable verification and fraud‑prevention solutions.
- Analyze usage metrics, incident reports, and market trends to prioritize enhancements and measure impact.
- Champion cross‑functional initiatives that embed trust into the entire user journey, from onboarding to post‑purchase support.
- Communicate product vision and progress to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a fast‑paced tech or marketplace environment.
- Deep understanding of identity verification, authentication, and trust & safety best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Passion for building safe, inclusive platforms that scale globally.
