Lead the design, implementation, and support of network security infrastructure, focusing on NAC and firewall solutions aligned with Zero Trust and regulatory compliance frameworks.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy Network Access Control (NAC) and segmentation solutions across the enterprise network.
- Architect, configure, and manage firewall infrastructure to enforce Zero Trust policies.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise and tier‑3 support for security technology implementations and escalations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions meet PCI, SOX, CIS, FFIEC, and NIST SP 800‑207 requirements.
- Conduct security research, evaluate emerging technologies, and develop proof‑of‑concepts.
- Document designs, standards, and operational procedures for ongoing maintenance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in network security engineering, with deep expertise in NAC and firewall platforms (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto).
- Strong knowledge of Zero Trust principles and regulatory frameworks such as PCI DSS, SOX, CIS, FFIEC, and NIST SP 800‑207.
- Hands‑on experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting large‑scale firewall and segmentation solutions.
- Proven ability to lead complex security projects and provide SME‑level support.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP Security, CISSP, Palo Alto PCNSE) preferred.
