Lead a multi‑cloud platform team, driving Azure and AWS delivery, FinOps, incident response, and security excellence to align technology with business goals.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of cloud engineers and an MSP to deliver secure, scalable Azure and AWS environments.
- Own day‑to‑day platform priorities, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement and enforce FinOps practices to optimize cloud spend and drive cost transparency.
- Oversee incident management, root‑cause analysis, and post‑mortem processes to maintain high availability.
- Champion security and compliance across the multi‑cloud stack, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of cloud platform leadership experience, with deep expertise in Azure and AWS.
- Proven track record in FinOps, cost optimization, and incident response.
- Strong architectural skills, able to design resilient, secure, and scalable multi‑cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent) are a plus.
