Software Engineer
Lead the design, deployment, and operation of scalable cloud and hosting platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for enterprise services using AWS, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain highly available, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, RDS, S3, and Lambda.
- Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters for containerized workloads, ensuring efficient resource utilization and automated scaling.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions to streamline application delivery.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform or CloudFormation, ensuring repeatable and auditable deployments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define platform requirements, performance metrics, and SLAs.
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot incidents, and drive continuous improvement through automation and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud platform engineering, with a strong focus on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipeline design.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and compliance in a cloud environment.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
