Engineering Manager
Lead a global platform engineering team to design, build, and scale secure, cloud‑native services using Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern cloud architectures while driving Agile delivery and cross‑functional collaboration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for scalable, secure platforms that support patient, provider, and partner services worldwide.
- Architect, implement, and optimize cloud‑native solutions on major providers (e.g., AWS, Azure) using Kubernetes, containers, and serverless patterns.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability to ensure rapid, reliable releases.
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations stakeholders to align platform standards, governance, and compliance across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams delivering large‑scale, cloud‑based platforms.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes orchestration, containerization, and modern cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record implementing CI/CD, IaC, and automated monitoring/testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Agile/DevOps practices and ability to drive continuous delivery at speed.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on cross‑functional collaboration.
