Devops Engineer
Platform Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using Python, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and Linux to support high-performance maritime technology solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability and scalability for maritime applications.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform to automate deployment and testing workflows.
- Collaborate with software, DevOps, and security teams to enforce best practices, monitor performance, and troubleshoot production incidents.
- Develop automation scripts in Python to streamline operations, configuration management, and data pipelines.
- Document infrastructure architecture, runbooks, and operational procedures for knowledge sharing and compliance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Platform or DevOps Engineer in a cloud environment.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of Linux system administration, networking, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team.
