Devops Engineer
Senior platform engineer responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform, while driving automation and reliability across the betting and gaming platform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available Kubernetes clusters on AWS to support core betting and gaming services.
- Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform to provision, manage, and version cloud resources.
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to define platform requirements, ensure performance, and resolve production incidents.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to improve system observability and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform or site reliability engineering, preferably in high‑traffic, low‑latency environments.
- Strong expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration on AWS.
- Proficiency in Terraform (or similar IaC tools) and scripting languages such as Go or Python.
- Hands‑on experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Deep understanding of Linux systems, networking, and cloud security best practices.
