Devops Engineer
Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable cloud-native platforms for defence applications, leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and AWS to deliver secure, resilient services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement containerized services using Kubernetes and Docker across multi‑cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain IaC pipelines with Terraform, ensuring repeatable and auditable infrastructure deployments.
- Design and enforce CI/CD workflows that integrate automated testing, security scanning, and blue‑green deployments.
- Collaborate with security teams to embed hardening practices and compliance controls into platform operations.
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Platform or DevOps Engineer in a regulated or defence‑related domain.
- Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and AWS services (EKS, EC2, S3, IAM).
- Hands‑on scripting in Python and Bash for automation and tooling.
- Solid understanding of Linux system administration, networking, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
