Devops Engineer
Lead the design and maintenance of scalable analytics platforms, leveraging Python, AWS, and container orchestration to deliver robust data pipelines and insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable analytics platforms on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Develop and deploy data pipelines using Python, SQL, and modern ETL tools, integrating diverse data sources.
- Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes, implementing CI/CD pipelines for rapid delivery.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource utilization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a platform or data engineer in a cloud environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift).
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins).
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
