About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end projects for large forging equipment, including furnaces, forging presses, and ancillary systems.
- Collaborate closely with maintenance, operations, and management to align project goals with plant performance.
- Develop and coordinate equipment overhauls, upgrades, and plant expansions to enhance capacity and reliability.
- Implement process improvements and safety protocols to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation while ensuring on‑time delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in plant or manufacturing engineering, preferably in forging or heavy equipment.
- Strong knowledge of heat treatment processes, CNC machining, and equipment maintenance.
- Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering complex engineering projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities across multidisciplinary teams.
